"Stylishly Steampunk Handcrafted Brooch"

The completed "Stylishly Steampunk Handcrafted Brooch" for the swap on Swapbot!I did add the donut in grey velveteen for a "finished" look.

I have this same post on my other blog, Cottage Attic Crafts for today. I didn't think it would hurt since we are all in this together on the planet :)Tap your cursor over "make your own paper" and "plastic bottles" and "newspaper" and "light bulbs" to see the links! No matter what your race, religion, color - we all have one thing in common on this planet - we all live here! So start thinking about how you can reduce, reuse and recycle. You know that junk mail you receive everyday - make your own paper with it. You know those plastic bottles you drink soda or water from - make jewelry, flowers, beads, etc. from them. You know the newspaper you read everyday - use it in your garden. You know the light bulbs you replace - make ornaments with them. If you throw it away, there's a good bet you or someone in the world can think or has thought of something else to do with it. Check on the internet or ask friends. There are so many resources out there to show you. Use them and then reuse it!If you have some good ideas for "reusing" - post in the comments - we'd love to know!

Mailed the "Handcuff Earrings" and a couple of "Pink Hearts & Blue Birds Necklaces" today to Turn the Page to replenish stock in the "Inspiring Women" jewelry collection. Expecting another order in on blue birds, so when that arrives I need to complete more necklaces.
